The same year, Lewis was apt his walking written document when Mosely approached the band about rejoining. Yellowcard's soph exploit, Where We Stand, was reissued in June 2005, and Lights and Sounds was released in early 2006. Though ultimately non as well received by fans as prior albums, upon its starting time week of tone ending, Lights and Sounds entered the Billboard two hundred at number quint and earned the number one spot on the Alternative Album chart, rapidly gaining momentum on the 2.5-million-selling Sea Avenue. Meanwhile, innovation member Harper (wHO too runs Takeover Records) left the grouping amid some band arguing and was replaced by Staring Back guitar player Ryan Mendez. The band returned to the studio after that year and got to work on on their fifth full-length, Newspaper publisher Walls, which was released in July 2007.
